A Pipeline of Therapeutics

Kisolite works on biological tissue using many different mechanisms which provides a great opportunity to target a wide range of medical problems.

First completed research studies evaluated over 20 therapeutic areas for Kisolite. The results have demonstrated significant therapeutic benefits across a spectrum of markets, providing numerous product development opportunities in the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare industries.

Completed preclinical studies demonstrate the significant effectiveness of Kisolite for various skin health applications, and initial targeted preclinical studies in dermatology demonstrate the effectiveness of Kisolite in the treatment of acne, psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.

Kisolite Corp continues to invest in research and development to expand and support the field of use opportunities for Kisolite.

Our Pharma Dermatology Suite

Pharma Dermatology

Completed pre-clinical trials and validations demonstrate strong efficacy of Kisolite in the treatment of Acne, Psoriasis and Atopic Dermatitis, with no observed side effects.

Acne

Kisolite targets multiple key mechanisms driving acne development including sebum production and the growth of causative bacterial species.

Psoriasis

Kisolite effectively reduces the production of cytokines in the skin that drive the development of psoriasis.

Atopic Dermatitis

Kisolite effectively reduces tissue levels of key cytokines driving the development of atopic dermatitis.

When comparing the effects of Kisolite in all three skin conditions, the beneficial effects were at least equal to or greater than those achieved with clinically used therapeutics. Unlike commonly used medications in this area, Kisolite is not associated with any known side effects.

Preclinical data on acne, psoriasis and atopic dermatitis is available for qualified interested parties looking to partner with or license Kisolite for further clinical development and commercialization.

Skin Structure, Hydration & Integrity

Elastin

The production of elastin (the protein that helps skin to resume its shape and structure after stretching or contracting) significantly increases when skin cells are treated with Kisolite.

Collagen

The production of collagen (the protein that provides structural support to skin and plays an important role in tissue repair) significantly increases when skin cells are treated with Kisolite.

Hyaluronic Acid

The amount of hyaluronic acid (a natural compound that can help increase skin moisture and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles) significantly increases when skin cells are treated with Kisolite.

When comparing the effects of Kisolite in all three skin conditions, the beneficial effects were at least equal to or greater than those achieved with clinically used therapeutics. Unlike commonly used medications in this area, Kisolite is not associated with any known side effects.
